Its digital platform S-Factory Online aims to generate leads for the business and make information more accessible for visitors; As a result, helping them plan their visits faster, with trust.

Problem

S-Factory provides a space in Seongsu-dong in Seoul for a cultural experience and the arts. It aims to be a space of cultural hub that brings a community of visitors and locals together with shared interests in diverse artworks, ideas, and events.

However, without an official website and an identifiable visual branding of S-Factory, digital users and visitors of Seongsu-dong have difficulty figuring out what S-Factory is and discovering activities and events worth their attention.
